K\u00e2tip \u00c7elebi Cad. \u0130M\u00c7 3. Blok No: 2 Inner Door No: 3504 Fatih\/Istanbul, and the persons using the website https:\/\/galataperform.com\/<\/u> (the \u201cUser\u201d).<\/p>

Anyone who visits and\/or uses the website shall be deemed to have accepted these terms.<\/p>

  • workshop participation may be purchased<\/li>

    The User accepts, declares, and undertakes that they shall:<\/p>

          5. Workshop Participation and Use of Content<\/strong><\/h3>

          5.1. General<\/strong><\/p>

          Workshops are conducted in accordance with the content, methods, and instructors determined by the Company. The participant agrees to comply with the workshop rules.<\/p>

          5.2. Registration and Protection of Content<\/strong><\/p>

          The participant agrees that they shall not, in any manner:<\/p>

          • record<\/li>
          • reproduce<\/li>
          • share<\/li><\/ul>

            transfer to third parties any content, educational materials, or explanations presented during the workshop.<\/p>

            5.3. Content Created by Participants<\/strong><\/p>

            Within the scope of the workshop, participants may create:<\/p>

            • texts<\/li>
            • performances<\/li>
            • staging concepts<\/li>
            • improvisations<\/li>
            • ideas and creative content<\/li><\/ul>

              In this context:<\/p>

              (a) Ownership of Rights<\/strong><\/p>

              As a general rule, intellectual property rights over original content created by the participant belong to the participant.<\/p>

              (b) Company\u2019s Right of Use<\/strong><\/p>

              By participating in the workshop, the participant accepts that they grant the Company a simple (non-exclusive), royalty-free, and unlimited-term license to use the content created during the workshop process for non-commercial purposes, including:<\/p>

              • promotion<\/li>
              • archiving<\/li>
              • educational use<\/li>
              • reference display<\/li><\/ul>

                (c) Recording<\/strong><\/p>

                If photographs, video, or audio recordings are to be taken during the workshop process:<\/p>

                • the participant shall be informed in advance<\/li>
                • explicit consent shall be obtained<\/li><\/ul>

                  Otherwise, no recording shall be made.<\/p>

                  (d) Use of Name and Image<\/strong><\/p>

                  The participant\u2019s name, voice, and image may not be used:<\/p>

                  • without explicit consent<\/li>
                  • for promotional or marketing purposes<\/li><\/ul>

                    5.4. Commercial Use of Content<\/strong><\/p>

                    If content created by the participant is to be:<\/span><\/p>

                    • professionally staged<\/span><\/li>
                    • converted into a commercial project<\/span><\/li>
                    • transferred to third partie<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                      a separate written agreement must be executed between the parties.<\/span><\/p>

                      5.5. Breach<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

                      If the participant:<\/span><\/p>

                      • uses workshop content without authorization<\/span><\/li>
                      • records or distributes such content<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                        the Company may:<\/span><\/p>

                        • terminate participation<\/span><\/li>
                        • take legal action<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                          6. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>

                          The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from:<\/span><\/p>

                          • technical malfunctions<\/span><\/li>
                          • access interruptions<\/span><\/li>
                          • issues caused by third-party services<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                            7. Third-Party Services<\/strong><\/h3>

                            Within the scope of the website, the following services may be used:<\/span><\/p>

                            • payment systems<\/span><\/li>
                            • analytics tools<\/span><\/li>
