Nature of the Service<\/strong><\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The purchased service is the\u00a0<\/span><b>right to participate in a theatre workshop<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0to be held on a specified date and time.<\/span><\/p><h3><strong>3. Service Fee and Payment<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The service fee is the amount specified on the payment page.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Payment is processed through the\u00a0<\/span><b>iyzico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0infrastructure.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>4. Performance of the Service<\/strong><\/h3><ul style=\"font-weight: 400\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The workshop shall be held at the announced date, time, and location.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Capacity is limited.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>5. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As the purchased service relates to an event scheduled for a specific date,\u00a0<\/span><b>there is no right of withdrawal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0pursuant to\u00a0<\/span><b>Article 15\/1-g of the Regulation on Distance Contracts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p><h3><strong>6. Cancellation and Changes<\/strong><\/h3><ul style=\"font-weight: 400\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No refund shall be made if the participant cancels at their own request.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The participant may request participation in another workshop instead of the one they are unable to attend (<\/span><b>subject to the Seller\u2019s approval<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the event of cancellation by the Seller, the fee shall be refunded.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>7. Parties<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Seller: GalataPerform K\u00fclt\u00fcr Sanat E\u011fitim ve Teknoloji Limited \u015eirketi<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Buyer: <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The person purchasing the service through the website<\/span><\/p><h3 style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>2. <\/strong><strong>Subject Matter<\/strong><\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This Agreement relates to the\u00a0<\/span><b>theatre workshop service<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0purchased by the Buyer through the website.<\/span><\/p><h3 style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>3. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Buyer acknowledges that the purchased service relates to an event scheduled for a specific date and that, pursuant to\u00a0<\/span><b>Article 15\/1-g of the Regulation on Distance Contracts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,\u00a0<\/span><b>there is no right of withdrawal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p><h3><strong>7. Cancellation Conditions<\/strong><\/h3><ul style=\"font-weight: 400\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No refund shall be made in the event of cancellation by the Buyer.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Buyer may request participation in another workshop (<\/span><b>subject to the Seller\u2019s approval<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If the workshop is cancelled by the Seller, the fee shall be refunded.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>8. Liability<\/strong><\/h3><ul style=\"font-weight: 400\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The participant is obliged to comply with the workshop rules.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Seller shall not be liable for situations arising from the participant\u2019s own fault.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>9. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the event of disputes, the\u00a0<\/span><b>Consumer Arbitration Committees<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><b>Consumer Courts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0shall have jurisdiction.<\/span><\/p><h3><strong>10. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As the purchased service relates to an event scheduled for a specific date,\u00a0<\/span><b>there is no right of withdrawal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0pursuant to the\u00a0<\/span><b>Regulation on Distance Contracts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p><h3><strong>3. Cancellation by the Participant<\/strong><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the event that the participant chooses not to attend the workshop or requests cancellation at their own discretion,\u00a0<\/span><b>no refund shall be made<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The participant may request participation in another workshop instead of the one they are unable to attend. The acceptance of such request and the applicable conditions shall be at the sole discretion of\u00a0<\/span><b>GalataPerform<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p><h3><strong>4. Cancellation by the Seller<\/strong><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If the workshop is cancelled by the organizer,\u00a0<\/span><b>the fee shall be refunded<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p><h3><strong>5. International Data Transfer<\/strong><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Personal data may be transferred to service providers located abroad as required for the provision of the service.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Such transfer is carried out within the framework of\u00a0<\/span><b>explicit consent<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0or other mechanisms compliant with the applicable legislation.<\/span><\/p><h3><strong>8.
