  • workshop participation may be purchased
  • art and educational content may be offered

The User accepts, declares, and undertakes that they shall:

5. Workshop Participation and Use of Content

5.1. General

Workshops are conducted in accordance with the content, methods, and instructors determined by the Company. The participant agrees to comply with the workshop rules.

5.2. Registration and Protection of Content

The participant agrees that they shall not, in any manner:

  • reproduce
  • share

transfer to third parties any content, educational materials, or explanations presented during the workshop.

5.3. Content Created by Participants

Within the scope of the workshop, participants may create:

  • texts
  • performances
  • staging concepts
  • improvisations
  • ideas and creative content

In this context:

(a) Ownership of Rights

As a general rule, intellectual property rights over original content created by the participant belong to the participant.

(b) Company’s Right of Use

By participating in the workshop, the participant accepts that they grant the Company a simple (non-exclusive), royalty-free, and unlimited-term license to use the content created during the workshop process for non-commercial purposes, including:

  • promotion
  • archiving
  • educational use
  • reference display

(c) Recording

If photographs, video, or audio recordings are to be taken during the workshop process:

  • the participant shall be informed in advance
  • explicit consent shall be obtained

Otherwise, no recording shall be made.

(d) Use of Name and Image

The participant’s name, voice, and image may not be used:

  • without explicit consent
  • for promotional or marketing purposes

5.4. Commercial Use of Content

If content created by the participant is to be:

  • professionally staged
  • converted into a commercial project
  • transferred to third partie

a separate written agreement must be executed between the parties.

5.5. Breach

If the participant:

  • uses workshop content without authorization
  • records or distributes such content

the Company may:

  • terminate participation
  • take legal action

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from:

  • technical malfunctions
  • access interruptions
  • issues caused by third-party services

7. Third-Party Services

Within the scope of the website, the following services may be used:

  • payment systems
  • analytics tools
  • advertising services

Responsibility for such services belongs to the relevant third parties.

8. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms.
