2. Nature of the Service

The purchased service is the right to participate in a theatre workshop to be held on a specified date and time.

3. Service Fee and Payment

• The service fee is the amount specified on the payment page.
• Payment is processed through the iyzico infrastructure.

4. Performance of the Service

• The workshop shall be held at the announced date, time, and location.
• Capacity is limited.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As the purchased service relates to an event scheduled for a specific date, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 15/1-g of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

6. Cancellation and Changes

• No refund shall be made if the participant cancels at their own request.
• The participant may request participation in another workshop instead of the one they are unable to attend (subject to the Seller’s approval).
• In the event of cancellation by the Seller, the fee shall be refunded.

7. Important Notice

• The right to participate is personal and non-transferable.
• Upon completion of the purchase, this form shall be deemed to have been read and accepted.

1. Parties

Seller: GalataPerform Kültür Sanat Eğitim ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi

Buyer: The person purchasing the service through the website

2. Subject Matter

This Agreement relates to the theatre workshop service purchased by the Buyer through the website.

3. Description of the Service

• The service is the right to participate in a workshop to be held on a specific date and time.
• The participation right is personal and non-transferable.

4. Payment

• Payment is made through iyzico.
• Registration is not finalized until payment is completed.

5. Performance of the Service

• The workshop shall be held at the announced date and location.
• The participant is obliged to attend on time.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer acknowledges that the purchased service relates to an event scheduled for a specific date and that, pursuant to Article 15/1-g of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal.

7. Cancellation Conditions

• No refund shall be made in the event of cancellation by the Buyer.
• The Buyer may request participation in another workshop (subject to the Seller’s approval).
• If the workshop is cancelled by the Seller, the fee shall be refunded.

8. Liability

• The participant is obliged to comply with the workshop rules.
• The Seller shall not be liable for situations arising from the participant’s own fault.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

10. Entry into Force

The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted this Agreement by approving it electronically.

2. Right of Withdrawal

3. Cancellation by the Participant

In the event that the participant chooses not to attend the workshop or requests cancellation at their own discretion, no refund shall be made.

The participant may request participation in another workshop instead of the one they are unable to attend. The acceptance of such request and the applicable conditions shall be at the sole discretion of GalataPerform.

4. Cancellation by the Seller

If the workshop is cancelled by the organizer, the fee shall be refunded.

GalataPerform reserves the right to make changes to the workshop date and content where deemed necessary.
